Returns & Exchanges

Custom sized dresses cannot be returned unless there is a defect, in which case we will have the dress remade.    

Standard size dresses can be returned for exchange if the dress is received damaged.  The dress must be in new condition except for try-on, have had no alterations done, and tags in place.  

 A seamstress in your area can make any alterations that need to be made if the dress doesn’t fit quite right.  Our prices are lower so you can have your own seamstress alter your dress and still save a lot of money.  Our prices are much lower than retail prices because we don’t have the overhead a Bridal Salon has.  Bridal stores charge you extra for alterations.
